I do accept Revolution Money Exchange as a form of payment.  Accepted forms, cash, check (wait until clears), RME, and Paypal. 

So everyone understands, due to the amount of time I spend advertising, and promoting our parties with vendor links, I do NOT refund money in the case of party spots.  This is the case of 98% of online vendor party sites.  I ask vendors to help advertise so that we can have an awesome turn out to our events.  In the case of winning advertising, each case will vary with my decision on a case by case situation.  I try at all costs to accomodate my vendors and customers, but I can't please everyone.  The no refund policy for party spots is a must have for me...as I blast and advertise all over the place.  People see your links everywhere, and I think my rates are VERY reasonable.   I also don't refund because of the time spent finding replacements if vendors can't or don't show up.  I hope you understand, and here's to our success! My special for party spots will be 7 spots for $7 dollars!  (That's a savings of $7!!)

Turtles (candy)

60 whole pecan
30 caramel
30 Hershey's chocolate kiss

Place 2 pecans together length wise on a baking sheet. Place caramel on pecans.
Bake at 200* for 5 minutes, or until caramel has been partially melted.
Place chocolate kiss over melted caramel and let chocolate melt a little.

ONLINE VENDOR FAIR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

When scheduling a party you must either fill out the form, or instant message the site owner with days, and wait for confirmation.  Check the schedule, and if not updated, check with me again.  I do get behind sometimes.  YOU MUST give 24 hours notice if you are not able to keep your slot.  This prevents last minute schedule hassles.  I had one person cancel 10 minutes before my party started, this was not a fun situation.  If this is not done, I will count it as one strike against you.

STRIKES

I will start off with 5 strikes.  A strike is when a vendor, doesn't show, or cancels at the last minute. I will also give strikes to anyone I find back selling when someone is doing their slot, and I find out about it. I will start giving strikes to these offenders because I do advertise all over the internet, and feel I am very low cost.  I do this to provide an access to wahms to promote their businesses.  I also advertise offline with biz cards, fliers and other promotional stuff.  All this takes time and energy.  My time is worthy as well as yours, and we all have busy lives.  I feel giving me 24 hours notice is ample time, especially for those on my blast list.  This goes for paid and free spots.  It is also a matter of respect.  Please do not tell me of stories about how busy your at home business is, I am busy too, and if you are that busy, please don't schedule with me until things slow down for you.  I am lenient on this, if I find you are a repeat offender, I will start issuing strikes.

Back Selling

Please don't pm vendors with offers that you may have while another is promoting.  For instance, If I am selling candles, and you have another candle biz, with a sale you just KNOW is the bomb, please don't pm a guest or vendor with that sale.  It is not fair to the person promoting their biz.   If I find someone is doing this, I will give a strike to that vendor. 

Advertising

I advertise all over.  I have a ning group and yahoo group to keep people informed of the parties here at Caroles Party Central.  I also blast on my yim.  However, I do ask my vendors to please advertise in their yahoo groups.  I have a few that consistently do.  If we all advertise in groups, we will have a great party.  If you rep for an adult party, I can NOT put your link in my adverts that go out in the yahoo groups.  Many yahoo groups will not allow any adult anything!  I can put your name in the slot and your name and link on my site.  That is what I can do.  If you have any questions for me on this topic you can email me here at cachech@hotmail.com

Etiquette

We all are new on a site at one time.  I don't mind Idle chit chat, but it does bug some people.  Try to keep it in mind, and if you don't know, wait until someone starts talking or until open chat is announced.  You are always free to ask questions of any vendor or me at any time...just watch the idle chit chat.

Party time

Please do come at meet and greet.  We have various activities that go on.  We are in the process of starting bingo.  We have had chats on advertising, marketing, and classes on online vendor fairs.  Treat these as you would parties, and remember etiquette.  Meet and greet is a great way to network and get to know people you would not ordinarily run into.

Donations for prizes at vendor fairs. 

These are greatly appreciated.  I do try to keep up with everything, and especially get my thank yous out.  But as we head into 2009,  I am already far behind.  So from the bottom of my heart, I thank each and everyone of my donors a huge warm thank you thank you thank you.

Refunds

Sorry, there are none.  I know of NO vendor party site that gives refunds.  NONE.  I also advertise a great deal for these parties and often I am the only one advertising.  I do this for pennies!  ON a rare occassion, if a vendor CAN NOT promote their business any more, and has to return to work, I WILL give that vendor a  button ad on the site or in my newsletter.  That is rare!
